The breakfast was decent, and the location was excellent, with McDonald's and KFC right next door, and several supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you don't speak the local language. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with complete and clean bedding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. There was construction nearby, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but quiet at night. First-time guests might have difficulty finding the hotel location; it's recommended to contact the front desk for directions.

Breakfast was a balanced meal with a good mix of carbohydrates, protein, beans, vegetables, and fruits. I recommend eating on the terrace. It's located in downtown Cairo, so it's convenient to use the nearby restaurants and amenities. And most of all, all the staff were very kind and helpful, so I was able to get a good rest. It's the best hotel. My friend, Habibi, highly recommended!

Very clean, comfortable beds, new bathroom. The staff at reception are also very friendly and can help you organize your excursions.

The staff were very cooperative and understanding. They helped us by giving two rooms before our check in time. Saif was extra helpful and helped us in many ways especially by bringing and delivering our luggage. Will definitely stay in this hotel whenever in Cairo. The location is very good. Honestly, it's one of the best experiences I've ever had! I am someone who travels a lot and has tried many hotels, but this hotel is truly special in every detail. The place is comfortable and quiet, the room is always clean and has a refreshing scent, and the bed and mattress are very comfortable. I slept comfortably as if I were in my own home, not a hotel.

The cleaning service is excellent and the breakfast is varied, delicious and complete. Everyone treated me very politely and kindly. I was only planning to stay for 4 days, but because I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay for a whole week! 

I thank the kind management, especially Mr. Badr for his cooperation and good taste, and also Jihad and Shahd for their kindness and good treatment.

Indeed, the hotel combines comfort, cleanliness and safety, and its prices are very reasonable compared to the excellent service they provide. It was a very beautiful experience and God willing I will return to them soon.

Excellent location in the heart of the charming Khedivial Cairo. Overlooking a pedestrian street and thus protected from the noisy traffic. Warm and kind welcome by the young owner, his fiancée and his young staff. Lovely and tasty home made breakfast. New, modern, clean.

We’re three girls from the Netherland traveling alone in Egypt, and Cairo Soul Hotel made us feel super safe and welcome. It’s right in the middle of downtown Cairo, so we could easily walk to Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. The staff was amazing and a kind lady at the desk arranged a driver for our Pyramids trip. One night, they even walked us back from a Nile cruise to make sure we were okay. The rooms were comfy, with strong locks and it's safe for our stuff. The Terrace was a cool spot to chill with other travelers.

Staying at Cairo Soul felt like coming home—an authentic haven nestled in downtown Cairo. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made every detail special. My room, complete with a balcony overlooking the city, was a cozy retreat that still pulsed with Cairo’s vibrant life.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum—yet it remains peaceful inside. Each morning, I savored fresh coffee and city sounds from my balcony. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
